Last month I was inspired by a building in the Hague, but as it was April and Spring, some people said it was too dull for that time of year!
So this month I’ve chosen a lovely image I took while in France for the International Symposium and Exhibition of Natural Dyes (ISEND). On the Wednesday morning we had a choice of excursions and I chose to go the Museum of Naval Medicine to see their natural dye collection, CRITT Horticole, Couleurs de Plante and Le Potager du Roy where there is a wonderful collection of dye plants.
Outside Le Potager du Roy there was a small bed of cornflowers and I’ve chosen that as my inspiration of May.
I’d love to know what you think about my colour palettes, are they useful to you, do you enjoy seeing them in my blog?
